Aries, the Finch Spirit Guide comes to you with guidance to take care of yourself in a particular way. Finches can become beautifully colored, but only when they eat foods that nourish them. They have the power of beauty within, but they need the correct nourishment to be able to transform that potential into expression. You also have beautiful Divine potential to shine your light and beauty in the world, but you must feed your soul what it needs to do this. This week, be respectful and loving to yourself as you choose what to take into your being --be it physical nourishment or emotional energy or even the kind of books you read and entertainment you watch, for all has an impact on you. Do you feel better for the experience? Does it nourish your soul? The best growth- enhancing food for your soul is that which increases love. The Finch Spirit Guide also brings a prediction of a celebration, of happiness ahead of you and wants you to know that your connection to the Spirit world is real, to trust in the messages you feel from the Universe as they make themselves known in your heart.

Ritual:

Here is an opportunity to express truths in your heart. Fress a pink candle with Lavender oil. Light it. Then write a love letter--to yourself, to another, or to the Universe. You can express your gratitude as you acknowledge your innermost feelings. Let your love letter be truly loving, for this is a creative expression to attract even more love and beauty into your world. After you have written the letter, read it once aloud and then burn it in the candle's flame. Collect its ashes and bring outdoors. Scatter the ashes to the East to bring the love to be manifested.

Taurus

Be There For You

You have an open, sensitive, beautiful heart. Sometimes, the world cannot meet that heart of yours on equal terms. Sometimes, the hearts of others are just too closed and afraid. That's OK because it's part of why you were born--to help heal and open parts of the world. You are wise, and you know your purpose is to shine the beauty of your Divine heart freely for all to experience. You never have to close down or turn away from that sacred purpose in the world, but you do deserve to be safeguarded and protected.Know that you have your own back. When fearful, angry people lash out in pain trying to hurt others because they cannot get past their own hurt, do not make it bout you. Your heart knows how to love you and to protect you, whilst it has compassion for the suffering that another may be feeling. Remember that you must be there for yourself nurturing your own heart with plenty of love. Give to yourself just as you give to the world: with kindness and generosity. Don;t allow anyone or anything make you forget what is real and true: the wisdom and love that fills your own Divine heart and helps hea the world.

Ritual:

Light a white tealight candle and place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart. Sway a little from side to side. Imagine that, as you sway, there is a river of energy that travels between your two hands. The river of energy swirls and flows around your hips and your heart, leaving you feeling inspired and really, really good! You now have twice the amount of energy. Say aloud, "I am a fortress of Divine love . I stand strong in my Divine presence. I am peacefully and powerfully me with a beautiful heart, Divinely protected".

Priority of Purpose

Making a choice can be hard, as if to say yes to one thing, you have to say no to 15 other things! Remember that saying, "No" is just saying, "Not right now", rather than, "never". There is a higher plan for your life that includes all of your passions. You can do it all, but just not all at once. Your soul knows how to build your most inspired and beautiful Divine life, as though it were building an extraordinary temple for your spirit. It knows that the foundations need to be prepared and the walls built before the windows, doors and skylights can be installed. The roof may be absolutely one-of-a-kind incredible, but if you lay the roof before you have built the walls, you are going to have some problems! There is a certain order to how things need to happen, which the soul intuitively knows. That is why listening to the soul and trusting your inner guiding voice makes more sense than trying to accomplish everything all at once and ending up with so much less than you deserve for all that effort. Every moment of patience and sacrifice that you make now is stored up by the Universe as a sweet grace that you will receive back later, as everything falls into place so perfectly. Light a blue candle and write a list entitled, "What matters most to my heart and soul". Read your list aloud and then say, "I trust that my soul is blessed and will show me how to create my most beautiful destiny, one step at a time". Keep the list somewhere safe to look back on in moments you need a reminder of what is most important.

Something new is being hatched. You may wonder if you are imagining it--the idea of startling and beautiful change is just a foolish fantasy. Gaia comes to tell you that the newness is real. New life is forming, and when the time is right, it is going to spring forth as something amazing. What is needed is some patience, care and a willingness to trust what is happening within your own soul. Most of the time, people don't think much about their soul, let alone use their inner senses to feel for what their soul is experiencing. when we do take the time to go within, to inquire after our own soul experience, a beautiful inner relationship develops, and we start to feel the life of the soul as a very real and genuine experience. We begin to experience more joy, faith, patience and trust. we start to share a special, secret inner knowing with our soul about beautiful happenings that are going to take place. We feel a quiet inner confidence and a sense of knowing what is going on in our lives at a deeper level. This is comforting and helpful. Now is the right time to take time for your soul, to care for yourself just like you would a fragile egg with precious new life growing inside. Enjoy your growing soul connection as you trust in what is about to hatch.

Light a white candle and imagine that you have a precious, invisible egg which holds a precious new life within it. This egg exists deep within your soul. Speak to it in a soft, loving, cooing tone. Tell the egg how much you love it, how grateful you are that it is going to come to life. Then imagine that egg glowing in soft golden tones as it receives your loving tones.

Moon Child

Your heart has a special spiritual power which you can access through prayer. Prayer means speaking from the heart to the Divine. For you, the Divine might be an unconditionally loving and all powerful being, such as the Universe or Spirit. You may like to choose a deity from a religious tradition (even if you don't belong to that religion) such as God or Mother Nature. This Divine doesn't mind who or what you pray to, so long as you feel a peaceful unconditionally loving connection between the Divine and your heart. When you pray, you activate the heart and stimulate a portal of healing. The heart knows how to gain closure on emotional psychological, physical and spiritual levels, showing you the way through unknown transitions and leading you faithfully to the light of a new day. Your heart also knows how too receive blessings from the Divine. Divine blessings can help you in endless ways, and the Divine always knows exactly what you need and when you need it. So, what are you waiting for? It's time to speak from your heart about whatever matters to you right now. Nothing is too small or too big for the Divine to help you figure out. Find a place where you can have some privacy and some uninterrupted quiet time. Light some Rose incense and place one hand on your heart. Talk aloud to the Universe about what is happening for you and where you need some help. Imagine, feel or pretend that the Universe is listening to every word--and even knows what you are going to say befog you say it. As you speak, the Universe is instantly responding with healing change, setting the right things in motion to help guide you, from your heart, to the mos beautiful solutions.

Shaman of Skulls

Something is ending. Something that has meant a lot to you. Maybe it is a relationship, a phase of your life, an identity that no longer suits you. Maybe it is an inner ending that you cannot quite articulate, but you feel nonetheless. This is a symbolic death with a greater purpose. The shaman is spiritually trained to overcome the fear of symbolic death and, instead of avoiding endings, to willingly go through them with the awareness that an ending is simply the other side of a beginning. The shaman learns that endings happen when something new wishes to be born. The shaman knows that this is ultimately for good, and has the compassion for the human mind that may still feel very uncomfortable and resistant to the process. So, whilst we may accept the change, even with gratitude, our minds might feel uncertain and afraid--we might feel confused or try to cling to what is ending. These are natural human responses to loss, especially when we sense that loss is irreversible and that life will never be quite the same again. Be patient with yourself, be kind, but also know that new life is happening for you now according to a higher purpose and loving plan. Your life is meant to change at this time. Be encouraged. From the ashes of this symbolic death, you shall rise again.

Ritual:

Light a black candle and place your hands lightly on either side of your head. Say aloud, "This sacred skull holds the light of wisdom, shining unconditional divine love in all directions now". Use your fingertips to gently massage your head, all over, including under your jaw and behind your ears, allowing your head to feel relaxed, while envisioning stress, worry and anxiety over loss to leave your mind and spirit.

Libra

Amalthea

Amalthea, the ancient goddess of nurturing, asks you to have faith in your ability to love and in the power of your heart. Perhaps you doubt your heart sometimes, wondering if it is pure enough, if your love is enough. Maybe you convince yourself that you have to do more or be more than the beautiful being that you already are. You must stop torturing yourself with these cruel mind games. They are not good for you, and they are not true. When negativity threatens to put you down, let your soul speak up from a place of feminine power and quiet inner assurance, as you say, "I affirm myself and my love. Me and my heart are more than enough". Your heart is one of the special ones. It has the capacity to love in and unusually expansive way. Your heart is one that can care for the whole world. Within your heart is a healing warmth that can touch people., even complete strangers, and change lives for the better. You don;t need to try and make this happen; it happens naturally, when you are just being you. Amalthea, the goddess who soothes, reassures you of your heart's power and value, now, and how you love is more than enough. She reminds you to open your heart to yourself--t love yourself, too.

Light one white candle and one pink candle. Write on a piece of paper, "I am enough". and place under the white candle. Feel, pretend or imagine that you can smile at your heart. Feel your heart smiling back at you. Feel your heart smiling to the world, and the hearts of all living beings smiling back at you.

Scorpio

Angel of Truth

Sometimes, the lies that we are repeatedly told become so familiar that we forget that they are lies and begin to believe that they are real. Maybe it's someone's judging us that is the lie. Maybe it's advertising and the media, which are often more about deceptive manipulation than a source of correct information. Whatever the source, all untruth teaches us the same thing--that we must be afraid and hate each other. When we are fed so many false truths, it can become hard to remember what real truth feels like. It can even start to seem like the truth doesn't matter as much as being able to convince another person to accept your point of view. This is like poison for the soul. The soul needs truth like your body needs air. It keeps it alive. Deep in your soul, you know what is true, and you know when you, or anyone else, is not being truthful. You are sensitive enough to know that only truth feels good for you. You must give yourself permission to be truthful with your own soul and live honestly, authentically, and bravely in this world. It is the only way for you to really be you. The Angel of Truth comes to you with protection and encourages you to put your faith in truth, because it will always shine stronger than any lie.

Ritual:

Light a teal candle and then place one hand lightly at your throat and say the following aloud, "I now release any lies, gossip, curses or deceptions made by me or against me, in this or any lifetime. Through divine love, mercy and compassion, my entire being is now blessed and cleansed. I am free to live, love and express truth in all its shining glory".

Sagittarius

Magdalene

The divine feminine spirit in you needs to feel cherished, adored, loved and worshiped for all that she is, for all that she offers. She has so much love to give from her heart, through the intimate sharing of her innermost self, through connection, touch and the sacred pleasure of her body. She knows that expressions of love through the body are a sacred gift, of high value, and worthy of appreciation and respect. They are not to be demanded or taken for granted, abused or criticized in any way. Some who lack wisdom may try to shame her and judge her gifts of physical love. Some may claim that they are owed her gifts of love and say that she must provide them on demand. Maybe they threaten to withdraw their love otherwise, to harm or reject you, or try to justify their behavior with their "rights", legal or otherwise. That is always, without exception, unacceptable and blasphemy against the goddess. you are a sister of Magdalene, a priestess of love upon this earth. You are worthy of respect, and you have the power to assert your value, your purity and your grace, no matter what has been or may be, no matter whether others understand or agree with you. You know that dignity is always yours by divine decree. You need only claim it for yourself.

Ritual:

You can use a red scarf of red fabric as a veil for this ritual, or you can use your imagination. Place the red veil over your head and say, " The red veil of love, created from the blood of the Divine heart made flesh, cleanses and protects me now. Through this extraordinary grace, I am freed from the pain of judgement, betrayal and abandonment. I reclaim my feminine dignity. I accept and honor my sacred beauty".

Capricorn

Warrior Goddess

You are ready. Life has been preparing you. Your experiences have made you stronger and wiser. You have spirit and you have courage. Believe in yourself! You are a Warrior Goddess, and empowered, divine woman.Trust that your foundations are strong. Put your faith in the Universe. It has been your life coach and guise all along, helping you build up your inner resources, encouraging your to realize the power that has always been within you. The Universe believes in you. When you feel it is time to take a step, take it with confidence. When you ask for help from the Universe, ask with boldness and total confidence that your prayers will be answered in the best possible way. You have the right to require that your personal space be respected. You have divine permission and encouragement to claim your rightful place in the world. you are meant to say no to behavior that is dishonest, manipulative and bullying. The warrior goddess uses her sacred anger to set a boundary and speak her truth, not to attack another. She uses her inner fire to live with integrity, even if the right choices for her seem hard or frightening at the time. Light Sandalwood or Patchouli incense. If possible, lie face-down on the floor with your forehead touching the earth. As you breathe out, you will now release any doubts or fears into the earth. She will take them from you, transform them, and send them back to you as renewed energy, which you can absorb as you breathe in.

Our world needs daring dreamers to redefine beauty, success and worth. We need brave souls to shake up our cultural values so that we stop hurting ourselves and each other. Light a white candle and place the backs of your hands on top of your head with your fingers extending upwards in a slightly curved shape. These are your symbolic soul antlers! They draw in divine transmission of guidance, blessing, energy and instruction. Imagine, visualize, feel or pretend that you can suction all of that spiritual goodness into your soul antlers, then move your hands down to relax on your heart.
